Agreement on the Harjumaa unified ticket

Today, Minister of Regional Affairs and Agriculture Piret Hartman and Tallinn Mayor Jevgeni Ossinovski signed an agreement to introduce a unified ticket for Harjumaa. The goal is to launch the system by summer 2025.

The trolleybus tender was won by the major manufacturer Škoda Group

Aktsiaselts Tallinna Linnatransport announces that the winner of the trolleybus tender, announced in the second half of the summer, is the long-established major manufacturer Škoda Group. As a result of the tender, trolleybuses will be produced that can be used in areas without overhead lines, thus ensuring a more flexible and efficient service of the network. The tender includes the procurement of twenty-two 18-meter and eighteen 12-meter trolleybuses, with an option to purchase an additional 30 trolleybuses.

Public transport operating hours extended on New Year's Eve

This year, Tallinn will once again welcome the New Year with a concert and light show, skipping fireworks. On the night of December 31 and into the early hours of January 1, public transport on the city's main routes will run later to help everyone get home safely and comfortably.
