On-call family doctor service to start in Tallinn in October
From 1 October, the City of Tallinn will offer an on-call family doctor service funded by the city. The service will be provided by OÜ Ennetuskliinik.
New thresholds installed in Tallinn to calm traffic
Last week, installation started of twenty-eight new road thresholds on Tallinn's streets, and works are estimated to proceed until the end of July.
Tallinn lowers speed limits on 80 streets
The speed limits will be lowered on Tallinn's streets to ensure safer traffic. The maximum speed allowed will be 30 km/h on a number of inner district roads and 40 km/h on some of the larger streets in the city centre.
Tallinn holds nine youth festivals this summer
A total of nine youth festivals will take place across Tallinn during the summer, focusing on extreme sports, street art and dance, and music. The summer of festivals kicks off on 14 May in Männi Park as part of Tallinn Day.
Tallinn Migration Centre relocates to new address at Endla 8
The Tallinn Migration Centre will begin operations at its new location, Endla Street 8. The centre, previously located at Niine Street 2, will be closed on October 1 and 2 due to the move, and starting Thursday, October 3, it will welcome clients at the new address.
