On 12 September, the Tallinn Electoral Committee registered the candidates for the 2025 Tallinn City Council elections and conducted a draw to assign candidate numbers.

A total of 11 political parties, three electoral alliances, and 13 independent candidates have submitted their registration documents for the upcoming Tallinn City Council elections. In total, 1,125 candidates are competing for seats in the new City Council, which will be elected on 19 October. Candidate numbers will be assigned by a draw this Friday.

On November 15, at 12 noon, the city of Tallinn, in cooperation with a private medical service provider, will open four additional COVID-19 advising and vaccination points in Haabersti, Lasnamäe and Kristiine. On Wednesday, November 17, a service point will also be established in the Tallinn Baltic Station.

The Tallinn City Government approved a cooperation agreement with electric scooter rental companies to enable riders use the bicycle parking places created in the city centre free of charge.

Today, 2 November at 4pm in Jaan Poska House, Deputy Mayor Tanel Kiik will acknowledge and thank active leaders of apartment associations who have renewed the appearance and security of the courtyards of their apartment buildings or increased the energy efficiency and improved the exterior appearance of their apartment buildings in 2021.
