The international sail training organization Sail Training International has confirmed the host ports for the 2028 Tall Ships Races regatta. One of the selected ports is Tallinn.

This October, the county bus layover area at Balti jaam station will be closed. As a result, the final stops for many county lines in Tallinn will be relocated, with buses instead terminating at Vabaduse väljak, Viru väljak, and Teatri väljak.

Tallinn City Government has adopted the detailed plan for the Krulli quarter, giving the green light for the redevelopment of the historic Franz Krull machine factory site in Põhja-Tallinn.
