In Tallinn, a total of around 250,000 disposed medical masks and respirators have been collected in five months in mask collection bins and then diverted for reprocessing.

The centre was created in time for the 30th Anniversary of the Restoration of Independence and will be welcoming all visitors from August 31.

In 2024, a new sports centre with the Olympic swimming pool, a leisure centre and a hotel will be completed in Lasnamäe, at Varraku 14a. A public contest was announced this week to find the name for the future building.
