Nine applications were received for the evaluation of the first projects of the Test in Tallinn programme initiated by the city of Tallinn, three of which were moved forward and hope to reach the testing phase.

Construction begins on Paevälja bridge in Klindipark, allowing safer movement along Lasnamäe’s embankment for pedestrians. The Paevälja bridge is also a kind of viewing platform, from which one can enjoy a stunning view of both Tallinn Bay and the city itself.
Construction works on the district cooling network will be taking place on the Tartu maantee and Liivalaia street intersection from Sunday, 11 June to 30 June. Portable bridges ensure the intersection will remain open during construction works, however, one of the two left turn lanes heading onto Liivalaia street will be temporarily closed.
From Monday, 3 July, the Narva mnt-Hobujaama-Laikmaa intersection will be closed as part of the next stage of the Vanasadam tramway construction. As such, tram lines 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be halted until the end of August. Viru terminal will be temporarily closed and public transport redirected.
