The Tallinn City Government has appointed the role of Tallinn City Finance Director to Silver Tamm, former Head of Tallinn City Treasury.

The Tallinn City Government decided at today's meeting to establish the Tallinn Hospital Development Foundation, which will coordinate the construction and development of the hospital's medical campus.

Tallinn Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart is in Helsinki today to meet Mayor Juhana Vartiainen on the issue of twin-city cooperation. The two mayors will sign a new Tallinn-Helsinki Memorandum of Understanding and agree on joint priorities for action.
