For the third year in a row, Tallinn has published the annual report on the implementation of the “Tallinn 2035” development strategy. The report provides a clear overview of how the city delivered on its goals over the past year and how it tackled key challenges along the way.

Tallinn Mayor Jevgeni Ossinovski met yesterday with Halyna Shymanska, Acting Mayor of Zhytomyr, and Valentyn Arendarchuk, Head of the city's Department of Education. The meeting took place as part of an educational visit from Zhytomyr, during which cooperation between the cities in the field of education was discussed.

The Tallinn Transport Department, in cooperation with the Integration Foundation, has launched the campaign “Learn Estonian on the go!”, bringing language learning into everyday travel. For just over a month, simple language tips and illustrations will be displayed on public transport and at stops.

In October, the City of Tallinn offers residents a free and convenient way to hand over bulky waste, hazardous waste, and reusable items in an environmentally conscious manner.

The Swedbank Tallinn Marathon and Tallinna Sügisjooks (Autumn Run) will take place on the weekend of 13–14 September, bringing tens of thousands of running enthusiasts to the districts of Põhja-Tallinn, Kesklinn, and Haabersti. As a result, there will be temporary changes to traffic and public transport.
