From this week, the district administrations of Tallinn will distribute free medical masks to families with many children, single parents, senior citizens and people receiving income-dependent benefits.

Tallinn City Government decided to exempt traders, caterers, sports clubs, and other companies under the restrictions of the Government of the Republic operating in commercial premises belonging to the city from paying rent until 31 May.

In cooperation with the Tallinn City Enterprise Centre, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has created a training series on branding consisting of four webinars, with the aim to support Estonian entrepreneurs in rethinking their product / service in the current market situation and creating a successful and more sustainable brand.

At yesterday’s meeting, the Tallinn City Council confirmed Tallinn's participation in three TalTech Smart City Centre of Excellence projects and agreed to their bridge financing. The city of Tallinn pays a benefit of 30 euros to compensate the citizens for their first day of sick leave. From 14 April, applications for the compensation can be submitted in the city's e-service after the sick leave certificate has been completed and the payment has been made by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (EHIF). Benefit for the first day of illness can be claimed retroactively on the basis of a sick leave certificate issued from 25 March.
